The Heart of a Broadcast

It's safe to say that no production is easy, especially when you're juggling classes, part time jobs, internships, and did I mention LIFE!!!! But it goes to show that teamwork is what makes a great production. I have been the producer of Up Late for a long time now and I wouldn't be a producer without the force of such a fantastic team. Writers, Production, Social Media, Talent, it's all big inner workings that take more than two people (like what we started with). Also, we all have to band together to make the show entertaining for Facebook which is our main line of demographic attraction. However, now that we have a group of fifteen it makes my job a lot easier knowing that I have a tea... or Family that i can trust to make the best content to entertain our student driven audience. I've learned that through perseverance and one well thought out plan, we can create magic that lasts a lifetime. We already have the talent and now we have the "Net' to back us up. So for all of you out there, as always, we hope to see you Up Late App State!
